Black Aeroplane
written by Fredrick Forsyth,English, class 10, chapter 3, the Two Stories about Flying.
The story is about a pilot, who is flying his old Dakota airplane from France back to England to his family.
It’s a clear night with stars in the sky, and The pilot is excited to see his family.
As he contacts Paris Control, the voice from the radio gives him new directions to head west, and he thinks about getting home for breakfast.
But once he crosses Paris, he comes across storm clouds that look like mountains, Soon he decides to take the risk and fly through the storm to get home faster. But,
Inside the storm, everything turns black, and his instruments stop working. He lost control and couldn’t contact anyone on the radio.
Suddenly, he sees another airplane in the storm, the Pilot of that airplane waves his hands and signals him to follow.
He follows the mysterious black airplane through the storm until they find an airport with a runway. He landed safely with the help of another pilot of a black airplane, but when he looked for the other pilot, the black airplane disappeared.
He wants to thank the other pilot for saving his life, but the woman in the control tells..
